Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. 💪 Today, CTEC Titans competed at Washington Union High School in a welding fabrication competition—going head-to-head with experienced welders from all over the Valley. Out of nearly 18 teams, our team composed of sophomore students earned a 4th place finish! 🏆 This didn’t happen by accident. These students showed up on days off to design, plan, and execute their project. They put in the kind of work that separates participation from performance.

Not every competition includes interviews…but this one did. Judges pulled students from their projects for on-the-spot interviews, and both of our teams earned high scores for professionalism and communication! Doing the work matters. Being able to explain it matters too. Great work, Titans! ⚙️
