Career Pathways

Career technical education pathways are a sequence of courses within a student's career interest.

Pathways at CTEC are designed to connect high school courses with college credit, industry certification, post-secondary education, and/or a career. Through a partnership with State Center Community College District and the Regional Occupational Program (ROP), students will work towards certification. Students within pathways are provided the opportunity to obtain skills training within the career field they choose.

CTEC has identified two pathways to support student learning within the following career choices; Advanced Manufacturing and Commercial Construction. Students within pathways are able to acquire job skills that will make them employable regardless of their future career.
