So proud of our students who just completed the L.E.A.D. Pathway (Leadership Education Achievement Development)—a program focused on building confident, purpose-driven leaders through mentorship, identity exploration, and college readiness! In partnership with Fresno County Superintendent of Schools and California State University, Fresno’s Bulldog Bound program, these Titans spent the year developing leadership skills, exploring college pathways, and building a sense of belonging beyond high school. Proud of the work they’ve put in and the leaders they’re becoming!

Answers are easier than they’ve ever been. But learning isn’t just about getting the answer. It’s about what happens after. Testing it. Watching what actually happens. Figuring out what worked…and what didn’t. Then adjusting and trying again. Through project-based learning and real application, students at CTEC don’t just get answers…they learn how to think, test, and improve. Skills that are becoming increasingly rare. Huge shoutout to Gabriel Lopez & Jakob Sandoval! Both students have developed a true passion for sheet metal in the Advanced Manufacturing pathway at @careertechedcharter. When the opportunity came up to be part of a one-of-a-kind construction build at the @fresnorop Design Build Competition — a project built entirely out of metal — they didn’t hesitate. They knew it meant long, hot days, early mornings, and late finishes… but they showed up ready to work every single day. With the support of @speedsquareconstruction these two didn’t miss a beat.

Congratulations to Owen Kelley and Gabriel Lopez for taking home the Golden Hammer 🔨🏆 Nominated by multiple people for their work ethic, dedication, and commitment to doing things the right way every time. We are so proud of you both! 👏
