Senior Spotlight: Shealyn | Class of 2026 ⚙️ After graduation, Shealyn plans to attend California State University, Fresno double majoring in Civil Engineering and Business Management, with plans to pursue a master’s degree and a future in project management with Caltrans focused on railroads and bridge building. Through her CTEC coursework, robotics, and her internship at PNM Company working on machines, CAD, and shipping/assembly processes, Shealyn gained hands-on industry experience, leadership skills, and confidence in problem solving under pressure.

Proud of Eli, Kuinnie, Macey, and Izabella for stepping into the competition at the ROP Showdown! Our Titans came away with 2nd and 3rd place finishes in intro to woodworking & advanced cabinetry! Shoutout to Mr. Garcia for supporting them.

In an age of AI, what could be more valuable than teamwork? Congratulations to our SkillsUSA TeamWorks team & their instructor Mr. Rodrigues on their bronze finish at the California State Competition. Over two intense days, they took on a full-scale construction project from blueprint to build…developing an action plan, presenting as a unified team, and bringing it to life using skills across carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and masonry. But this competition isn’t just about what you build, it’s about how you build it.

Yesterday we celebrated our amazing administrative professionals with breakfast burritos (because they hold us all together) and cookies (because we’d crumbl without them)! Big thank you to our amazing team!

This Earth Day, we’re celebrating a future full of possibility. Every day, our students are learning how to build, design, and problem-solve with intention…preparing to create a real impact. The future is in good hands. 🌎
