Senior Spotlight: Isaiah Silvas | Class of 2026 After graduation, Isaiah plans to attend California State University, Fresno to study Construction Management. He hopes to continue building his skills and pursue a career in construction, possibly as a project manager. Through CTEC’s Construction Pathway, Isaiah gained hands-on experience using tools, working on projects, and learning how things are built, which he says helped him discover the career path he wants to pursue after high school. Isaiah said his internship at @bettscompany taught him the importance of teamwork, organization, and what it’s like to work in industry, which confirmed this is the path he wants to stick with! He would like to shout out his parents for always pushing him to do his best and stay focused on his goals, even when things got tough. Congratulations, Isaiah!
