Congratulations to our SkillsUSA TeamWorks team & their instructor Mr. Rodrigues on their bronze finish at the California State Competition. Over two intense days, they took on a full-scale construction project from blueprint to build…developing an action plan, presenting as a unified team, and bringing it to life using skills across carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and masonry. But this competition isn’t just about what you build, it’s about how you build it. From jobsite safety and organization, to material management, tool accountability, and meeting real industry standards, every detail matters. And through it all, every team member shows up, contributes, and communicates. That’s the kind of work that can’t be automated!
