In the TeamWorks competition, teams of four students collaborate to build a construction project while demonstrating real-world jobsite skills. Competitors work from blueprints, develop an action plan, and apply skills like carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and masonry — all while being judged on teamwork, safety, organization, and professionalism.
