What is the Expanded Learning Program? 

The Expanded Learning Program (ELP) is a before and after school program that offers students opportunities to develop their social, emotional, and physical wellness. This program is free to all students enrolled at CTEC and features free nutritional snacks, study hall for students to complete homework and receive help from paraeducators who previously attended CTEC, and enrichment activities These enrichment activities provide opportunities for students to form and join clubs that promote student collaboration and expand student horizons. Please fill out the enrollment form via the link presented below to join the Expanded Learning Program. Enrollment applications are accepted year-round.
